Trade Show Hours:
Monday, August 26 | 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres in Exhibit Hall
Tear-Down:
Monday, August 26 | 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
and/or
Tuesday, August 27 | 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Booth Fees:
MHCA Business Partners Rate – $1,000
– Includes 2 booth representatives
Non-Member Rate – $1,700
– Includes 2 booth representatives
Additional booth representatives for both members and non-members can be purchased at $50 per person.
Included in Booth Fees
- 10′ x 10′ booth, fully draped
- 3.5 hours of dedicated trade show time
- One (1) eight-foot skirted display table with 2 chairs, wastebasket and identification sign
- Hospitality area exclusively for exhibitors
- Complimentary registration for most sessions
- Pre-convention registrant list sent to all exhibitors prior to show. Purchase any sponsorship and receive attendee email addresses on that list!
- Post-convention registration list sent one (1) week following the show.
Decorating Company
Liberty Exposition Services, Inc. is the official decorator for MHCA’s 76th Annual Convention.
Liberty provides all exhibit services associated with this event. An exhibitor service kit will be emailed to the trade show contact provided to MHCA during the registration process. This kit provides all furnishings, shipping information, dates, rules, regulations, and other services you may seek in order to exhibit successfully and smoothly.
