This series will focus on exploring the three domains of the CMS 5 Star Quality Rating System: Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures, as well as a review of the SNF QRP program. Tips on how to analyze your data and key insights to develop stepwise work plans to achieve 5-Star status will be discussed, along with application of the elements of QAPI process to improve and sustain facility 5-Star Ratings.
